OK WalgreenListens! Rite Aid was the store that Walgreens took over in our town of Paris ky.
We used Rite aid to fill our medicines. No problems. Since Walgreens took over it has been horrible. Not the staff that I can depict so far.
The computers will not pick up info entered. I kept receiving Dr must b notified to refill a script. I knew better than that! Had the Dr. longer than I’ve been going to former Rite Aid and they are excellent in that office!
Dr changed script on Jan 22 and pharm put it in computer Jan 25. Received notice med ready. Go and pick up. Same script as old script! To many mistakes in an automated world.
There is competition in our town so its not like things can be let go because Walgreens the only pharmacy.
I like Walgreens, They have always been very helpful in the pharmacy.

I went into Walgreens in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine to get a prescription that I needed, because they didn’t have it at the Walgreens in my hometown. I was thrilled that they didn’t, because their price with a discount was seventy dollars more than I paid in Dover-Foxcroft. I want to thank Alysson at the Dover-Foxcroft Walgreens!
WALGREENS IS VERY CONVENIENT AND CLOSE BY TO WHERE I LIVE BUT I WOULD SHOP THERE IF IT WAS DOWN THE ROAD BECAUSE I LIKE THE WAY I AM TREATED AND THE THE SHELVES ARE ALWAYS STOCKED.
I’ve been with Walgreens for many years. There is non-Walgreen store very nearby but I chose Walgreens because I felt it was the over all best value.

Walgreens prices are much higher than walmart,target,etc.I bought two button batteries at walmart for 4.37$ and the same brand of button batteries at walgreens were double the price i paid at walmart!
The survey will not let me in to collect $3000.00. I go to the driveup to pick up Rx’s. I never get credit on “wallgreenslistens”. I have complained in the past and even requested a call. Didn’t happen. There is a CVS right accross the street.
What does it take for you executive “knotheads” to put you head on straight and take care of customers. In order to get credit for my purchases I have to be present in order to key in my own phone number. Maybe it’s because of your turnover of employees. Train them to do their job right. Call me.
