The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or Puerto Rico. Gerber Products Company employees (“Sponsor”), as well as their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) as well as household members, are not eligible to participate.

Prizes:- Sweepstakes winners will Win a $25,000 check to be used toward Grand Prize Winner’s children’s education, Plus winner’s baby will be named a Gerber Spokesbaby.

• The 2021 Gerber Spokesbaby will be the recipient and will have an honorary position on Gerber’s Executive Committee for one (i) year as Chief Growing Officer. The winner will be able to: (i.e., serve as Chief Taste Tester and taste new baby foods to inform future innovations and highlight product quality;
• (ii.) Support the next generation through Gerber’s sustainability commitment to planting 1M trees by 2022;
• (iii). Guest star as Gerber CEO for the day when he/she will formally unveil his/her 5-year plan. A Gerber social media takeover will also be held to record this important day in the CEO’s life.

• The winner will have to participate in at least five (5) media interviews, including a live reveal on the national broadcast.
• (ii), create content for up to five (five) social media posts on Gerber channels.
• (iii). He/she will also be able to host a Gerber social media takeover to document this very important day in the life of Gerber CEO.

The Sponsor will determine any prize details that are not listed above at its sole discretion. The prize cannot be transferred and must be accepted as it is. If the prize is unavailable for any reason Sponsor may substitute another prize of equal or higher value. The winner could be responsible for any taxes or other costs that are not mentioned above.

1. A photo and video must be taken within thirty (30) days prior to the date of admission.
2. You must have all rights of entry and the right to license the sponsor to use the entry.
3. You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child shown in the entry.
4. Filters in photos or videos will not be accepted and will invalidate your entry.
5. No background art or equipment will enter the Gerber Children’s Contest unless it is the work of the first contestant.

The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, disqualify or seek damages from any person who interferes with the Contest’s operation, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike way.
